What is dinner, etc...?

We are personal chef service offering convenient, healthy, and delicious meals freshly prepared right in your home. We work with you to customize each menu to ensure it meets your and your family's tastes and dietary needs. We offer a range of fresh-serve, refrigerated, and fresh-frozen meals created with only the freshest ingredients to help you answer the age-old question of "What's for dinner?".

How do I get started?

When you contact us, we will schedule an appointment to visit you at home for an initial consultation. This meeting gives you the opportunity to meet your chef in-person, and for your chef to find out more about your personal culinary tastes and needs. During your consultation, the chef will take you through a detailed dietary questionnaire designed to get a better idea of your likes/dislikes as well as any food allergies or other diet requirements/restrictions you may have. With this information in hand, your chef can then create your custom menus.

How soon can we get started?

During the initial consultation you and your chef can arrange your first "cookdate". We can offer you a flexible service schedule including weekly, biweekly, and monthly options. After the consultation, your chef will e-mail/fax/mail your menu to you in advance of your cookdate for you to review and approve. Once you've approved your menu, you're all set - dinner, etc... will do the rest of the work!

What happens on a cookdate?

On your scheduled cookdate, we will do the grocery shopping for your menu, choosing only the freshest produce, herbs, meats, fish and poultry. We will arrive at your home with our own cooking equipment (we only use your oven, stove, and microwave) and spend the day preparing your menu. You'll return home to discover a house filled with savory aromas, and your meals packaged and stored in your fridge and freezer, labeled with simple reheating instructions.
