Who's The Chef?

Mandee Tatum has been cooking and catering dinners, weddings, and parties for friends and family for over a decade. In 2002, leaving behind a career in Internet based education and online community building (where she was notorious for bringing homemade snacks and treats for her co-workers), Mandee decided to turn her passion for cooking into a full-time job.

Mandee's culinary training includes professional coursework at The Epicurean School in Los Angeles, and Personal Chef training through the United States Personal Chef Institute. In addition, Mandee is a Certified Professional Food Manager.
